§ 10-33. Employees.

  • (a)

    Employees of an adult entertainment establishment shall not be less than 21 years of age.

    (b)

    No patron, dancer, or other employee of an adult entertainment establishment shall, while on the premises of an adult entertainment establishment, commit the offense of public indecency as defined in O.C.G.A. § 16-6-8. For purposes of this section, the term "employee" shall include an "independent contractor."

    (c)

    For the purpose of this article, independent contractors shall be considered employees regardless of the business relationship with the owner or licensee of any adult entertainment establishment.
