§ 22-5. Penalty for violation of chapter.

Any person who is convicted of violating a provision of this chapter, or fails to comply therewith or with any of the requirements of this chapter, or who shall erect, construct, alter, demolish or move any building or structure or has erected, constructed, altered, repaired, moved or demolished a building or structure in violation of a detailed statement or drawing submitted and approved under this chapter, shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in section 1-11.
