§ 26-76. Applicability of article.

This article shall be applicable to all traveling and itinerant dealers; salesmen; and buyers of gold, silver, jewelry, coins and other precious metals of any kind or description, whether such sales, trades and purchases are retail, wholesale or by any form of pawn. Specifically excluded are wholesalers, buyers and sellers who sell, trade and deal only with mercantile establishments located in the unincorporated areas of the county. Isolated transactions between persons not engaged in business are not covered by the terms of this article.
