§ 26-112. Enforcement of article.

The county magistrate's court shall have jurisdiction over violators of this article and all procedures for enforcement of such article shall be as provided in O.C.G.A. § 15-10-60 et seq. Complaints of violations of any provision of this article shall be brought before the magistrate's court by the chairman of the board of commissioners or a designated representative of the chairman and shall be prosecuted through that court.
