§ 2-287. Creation on authority of state law.

There is hereby activated in the county the public body, corporate and politic, known as the Development Authority of Tift County, referred to in this division as the development authority, which was created upon the adoption and approval of the development authorities law as set forth in O.C.G.A. § 36-62-1 et seq.
